This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics tools and loads no content from third-party servers. Fonts and images are served from our own server. Personal data is only processed where this is technically necessary to deliver the site, or when you write to us.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA and delivered through its network. When you open the site, Cloudflare necessarily processes your IP address and details such as time, requested address and browser identifier in order to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. We have switched off the storage of access logs for this website and receive no visitor statistics.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement with Cloudflare is in place (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the EU Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).

Contact by email

If you send us an email, we process your address and the content of your message in order to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention periods apply.

Editorial area

The area at /keystatic is used exclusively by authorised persons to maintain the content. Login is via a GitHub account (GitHub, Inc., USA). Technically necessary cookies are set only for logged-in editors (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Regular visitors are not affected.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Just send us an email.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us, the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
